In April of 2004 Cutty came to live with us from Mossy Oak Kennel. We went to Richards to look for a puppy but found exactly what we were looking for in Cutty. We can honestly say that bringing Cutty home with us was the best decision we ever made. He has sired many very talented offspring with 3 taking BSS National titles. Two of them were this year at the BSS Upland Nationals and the BSS Retriever Nationals, and one taking the Puppy Championship in 07. He has also sired many more great dogs that haven’t received titles. Not because they couldn’t but because their owners just preferred a good hunting dog and companion.

He was always such a happy boy. He loved to travel with us throughout the Midwest attending Tournaments and HRC events. His spot in our truck was his favorite place, he didn’t like being left behind. He had incredible drive whether it was retrieving bumpers in water or hunting upland birds.

He will continue his legacy thru his offspring. We miss him today and always.

Cutty came to us from Mossy Oak Kennel in South Carolina. He has a nice conformation and lots of drive. Cutty loves retrieving, working in the water and has an excellent temperament. Cutty stands 18 inches tall and weighs 38 lbs. Stud service is available to approved females. He has been trained on pheasant, chukar and quail and is doing very well. He has an awesome nose for scenting and loves retrieving.
