Verbal  Commands to Use

                Kennel – go into crate, also feed your pup/dog in crate

                Here – come to me now

                Sit – Sit until another command is given

                Heel – walk beside me with lead slack

Whistle Commands

                1 toot – sit

                2 toots – turn direction in hunting field

                3 toots – come in

Handling Commands

                ‘Mark’  - Look out for birds being thrown, scan skyline

                ‘dog name’ – releases dog to go after a mark (something thrown)

                ‘Dead Bird’ – used to que a dog that he is running a blind

                ‘Back’ – command to send a dog on a blind

 Ear Care

Epi-Otic ear cleaner to clean ear and/or put in ear after swimming – amazon.com is cheapest, 16 oz

Purple Stuff – used to treat ear infections and yeast infections in the ear

16 oz. bottle witch hazel
4 tablespoons Boric Acid Powder
16 drops Gentian Violet 1% Solution

Put in ear after cleaning or after swimming
